Does it work with Androids?
Yes it works with most Androids and Apple phones above an iPhone 12.
Are any purchases final sale?
All purchases are final, but if you receive a damaged or non functional magnibank, we will be sure refund you
When will I get my order?
Because we make the chargers on demand, (meaning we don't have it in stock before hand), it generally takes around 3-4 weeks to get to your house. We might try to have some on hand in the future, but for budget purposes, we make on demand.
Do I need a certain case to charge my phone?
Yes. You need a Magnetic case. This is so that the magnet on the power bank can connect and charge the phone wirelessly and efficently. If you don't have a magnetic case, just take the cover off the cover and it should work.
Can I charge 2 devices at the same time?
Yes. You can use one cable to connect to an external device, while also the Magnibank is on the back of another phone. You can do this for both Android and Apple products.
